FISHHEAD has lost it......

December 15, 2011 by ronald
Boys, as everyone know, I am one of Fishy's #1 supporters on this forum. I have learned a lot about betting, broads and life from Fishy. The guy has a wealth of experience and through experience comes knowledge. Having said that, I think moving to Vegas has caused Fishy to crack.

I met up with Fishhead on the weekend. He told me to meet him at his pad and things got weird right away. I rang the bell and Billsy answered. She told me Fish was not ready for me yet and I had to... More...

10 notes from last year's BASH

July 2, 2011 by ronald
Will not be in attendance this year but for those who will be, here are 10 notes from last year. We'll see if history repeats itself:

1. Bobby and Zeta guffawing in the elevator in the presence of strangers. One guy saying "Sbr forum..." and the other one replying with "dot com!... HAWHAWHAWHAWH"

2. Iceminers ruining Baus' meal. Poor Baus couldn't eat or get a word in as a very drunk Miners was in his ear the whole night. At one point Fishhead could be heard from across the table saying: "Poor Baus!"

3. Paco wearing the most... More...

Proper way to use a FREEPLAY (from poster DOUG)

October 16, 2010 by ronald
This was posted a long time ago. Thought it would be a good time to educate the rookies on this one. Resident poster DOUG made this post:
----------------------------------

Lets say you won $11,000 worth of matchplay bets and you could break it up into any number of bets you desire.

Here's one good way to use it.

Play all 8 ways on a 3-teamer ( with half-point lines)

$1375 to win $8250 on each. One must hit yielding $8250 !

If you broke the $11,000 into 100 plays of 110 to win 100, and went an incredible 82-18, you're 82 winners would pay $100... More...

Ronald's Top Ten Bash OBSERVATIONS

September 1, 2010 by ronald
1. Fishhead is sharper than ever. I have had the pleasure of meeting Fish before, but the guy gets sharper with age. I had the pleasure of watching him put on a video poker display for me.

2. Paco was swimming in his suit. I don't think I've ever seen such an ill-fitted suit on someone before. It looked like he borrowed it from someone who weighs 300 lbs. Paco, the only thing worse than dressing like a slob is trying to dress classy but looking sloppy while doing it.

3. Iceminers is a typical American. ... More...

Share Your Story: Biggest Gambling Tantrum

March 30, 2010 by ronald
Back when I was 18 I made a three-team parlay bet on MLB (can gamble at 18 in some Canadian provinces). The payout would have been $250, which was more money than I had in the bank at the time. I had won the first two games and needed the OVER in the final game. Luis Castillo was on third for the Marlins with one out and Kevin Millar was at the plate. All he needed was a sac fly to score Castillo and I win. Millar strikes out and the run never scored. I lost. I picked up anything I could find and starting throwing things against the wall. Pens, staplers, etc. I will just livid and did this for about 15 minutes. I was sweating and red in the face. When I finally got tired, I curled up into the fetal position and sobbed. What a sad state of affairs that was. I later wrote Kevin Millar a letter, explained to him what had happened and asked him to send me $250. Predictably, I never got a response. :duh:
